But I wanted to post a short update on how my life is going.
On 20th September I married my boyfriend after 6 years of being together. Since it is utterly pointless trying to express how much I love this man, I will leave it to your own imagination
In October we went for our honeymoon to Venice, which was not only very romantic, but also very inspiring and interesting. We had a whole week there, so we could do a lot of sight-seeing and museum-running
In the Museum of Ca'Rezzonico, we both completely fell in love with one particular painting, I can't get it out of my head. It was depicting the rape of Lucretia, with her looking straight at the viewer... And her face, her expression - all-knowing, sad and yet peaceful resignation...
Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the painter. I was looking for it everywhere, trying to find it all over google and the official website of the gallery, just to be able to see the painting one more time... No such luck, though.
So, if anyone has seen the painting, could you help me with this? I am beginning to think it was an illusion, that there never was such beatiful picture and I had imagined it.
Well, that's it. I hope I will get around to comment on some of your work, too
